PB 6.20 b2 Tools Panel Flashing Effect

The new additions to the tools panel are great but now if you are in dark mode when you select panels there is an annoying flash effect from white to black or watever color is used, not always but try selecting different panels repeatedly.
In a big monitor is very unconfortable to the eyes it's like someone flashing with a camera at you, the dark mode is supposed to be always dark.
