- Do I have to download steam software?
- Do I have to add PB code in the game?

The more important question : How to integrate SteamWorks into Purebasic ?

If you plan on using the API (mostly for overlay and achievements), that's going to be tough. If not, it's very easy, you tell Steamworks what .exe file it needs to launch when the player clicks "play", and there's nothing else to do.
