Hi there,

I've just released my first text-based game on Steam:



Obviously, it's coded in PureBasic, from scratch. So I would like to take this opportunity to thank Fred, freak and all the team for designing such a cool language and IDE. Also a thank you to the amazing community who helped me and answered so many questions all these years.

Tell me: what "header" in PB did you add to your game so that it goes on Steam?
Is it true that Steam takes a big percentage of the price at which you sell it?

Actually if you don't implement achievements, cloud saves or any Steam special feature (using their SDK), you don't need to add anything to your program. You specify what they're supposed to launch when the user clicks on "play".

Steam takes 30%, which is very decent. Book publishers take 80%

I search your game in Steam and I see no price or buy/install button...

Yes I'm aware of this problem and I'm waiting for an answer from the Steam support...

It should work, as all lights are green on my side and in the Steamworks.

EDIT: should be fixed now.
