It has been years since I posted anything ...
So here is a widget I am currently working on.
It is a visual novel creator, exports to HTML5 (and JS).
Program is windows only, but the export can go anywhere.
Includes it's built in webserver (slightly modified from fred to support JS,json, and other things).
Still needs some love. I think the server shutdown code needs another tweek, and the
main index.html code needs a tweek (i want it to be auto-generated at run time,
but as it stands, you can customize it externally if needed.)
It's NOT renpy.
But it is super easy to just snap things together.

You can find the original version on my website (it is better) but the VNC one is
1MB smaller (no GMS runtime) and was very fast to assemble.
