You're using the same code in VolCon's source, so you should probably change it to Idle's safe version (like I did).

Updated, added DPI

The old version (WinXP) had these settings:

Update
Added dragging the indicator and saving position
Added ini file (coordinates, initial volume level, color)
Added menu item "Startup"
