The Cyrillic (UTF-8?) character after the tilde is broken when entering \
video
6.02 = Fine
6.03 and 6.04 are not working

1. I downloaded the source code of the latest version of the IDE and compiled it. The error has not been fixed.
2. This is not critical, as 99.999% of it won't happen, as I won't have to use "\" in front of a non-Latin character. This is required only before the quotation mark and slash. I tried Greek and got the same problem.
3. I can assume that I will not be able to specify an explicit path to folders made of non-Latin characters in Windows OS format while on Linux OS. But the probability of this is 0.
