Toolbar buttons size 4K

I use a 4K monitor.
With the suggested Scale (150%) the toolbar buttons are really small.
Couldn't find a way to increase its size in the PB GUI.
I had to change scale to 175% to get a little improvement, but that's system-wide and not so good with other apps: i'd like to avoid it if possible.
Did I miss something?
Otherwise it would be excellent to have size management for the buttons.
