Indicator of the status of the processor, hard drive, memory in the tray.

Update
Added "Add to startup" item
Closing a tooltip by clicking on the icon, and not just the cross in the tooltip title.
Update coordinates after closing the tooltip if the icon is moved in the tray.
Round to 100% in tooltip.
Added "Help" menu item.
