Debian GNU/Linux 9 (stretch) (x86_64) & FTP

I return to programming on Linux. FTP is not working in Debian GNU/Linux 9 (stretch) (x86_64).
I get error in openftp and sendftp. Code is 32bit and I was using 5.62 x86. Everything else gives me dependency error glibc.
What is solution? Everything in code works except ftp. When I use bash script ftp login works. Maximum that i got is file is made with zero size in ftp filezilla server.

Yes, the only OS which can use PB x86 on a x64 OS is Windows.
