More flags for AddGadgetItem() for ListIcons (and maybe others)

More flags for AddGadgetItem() for ListIcons (and maybe others)

The function AddGadgetItem() already supports flags, so I think it would be natural to be able to use #PB_ListIcon_Checked to add an already checked item instead of using a second command to do so.
