Taskbar helper

PC Taskbar/Desktop icon clutter is real!
We all want quick access to our programs, so we usually pin these items to our Taskbar (or DeskTop)... trouble is your desktop ends up looking like a war zone.
My wife's small laptop was very cluttered, so I created an EXE that allows her to edit a 'text file' to suit her needs. (she comes first)
All I did was pin the program to her Taskbar. Now she has one icon to contend with, and the program handles 21 programs/folders of her choice.
It turns out that her needs were also very useful for my 10" Windows tablet and my flight simulator needs. More useful than I first imagined. Win-Win
I put the program on DropBox (I'll try to leave it on for at least a year, if I can)... you might find it useful / or not.
I created it for my needs but it's easy to modify. Free with no restrictions.
