Added launch menu.
Added support for plugins.
Added "Rename file" to context menu.
The tab width is 4, and when you insert a fragment, indents are added.
When opening files, only 1 instance of the program opens (Windows only).
Added highlighting of the selected word.
Added context menu.
Added reaction to save a file to mark it as saved or needs to be saved.
Added file types bbcode, xml, desktop (shortcut in Linux).

I added the source using TabBarGadget.pbi. But I'm still testing it.

I haven't finished all my Russian lessons yet.

There is an English source. You can compile it. But usually it is not the latest version.
Compile files: "My_Notepad_Sci (En).pb" or "My_Notepad_Sci_TabBar_En.pb"
