Tried to make a video tutorial (Russian) in Bandicam, the limitation of the program is up to 10 minutes, but almost everything came in. Video size 29MB, 1264x980 px.
If it's blurry in the browser, download to the computer, then it plays at the actual size.

How to use the CHM help file (One more try.)
Download: yandex upload.ee
Video lesson plan for using help

1. Call from IDE
2. Use of Russian words and English words in Russian letters in "Index" (Dim=Дим, Спутник=Sputnik)
3. Using links in code
4. Using "Search" in Help
5. Using "Favorites" in Help
6. Using additional help
7. Using Copy and Open Code Examples
8. Five-fold cycle of increasing the font with the button or mouse wheel with Ctrl

If you often need to use information about types, but it is not clear in which section it is located, then add it to the "Favorites"
Everything

If you need more than 10 minutes then maybe OBS (https://obsproject.com/) will work out for you. You can record videos to your file system and upload to various websites afterwards. It's also free!

I used "OBS Studio (64bit)", I got a 400 MB file in a minute and a half.

Maybe you are doing something wrong, I use OBS and 1 minute is often about 10 MB

I use ShareX and 1 minute of recording (of a desktop tutorial at 1920 x 1080, not recording something like YouTube) is also 10 MB. Then I use Handbrake on it and it becomes about 6 MB with no major visual loss of quality.

I once tried making a tutorial video on how to edit podcasts using various software. Like you, I ran into some limitations with the tools I was initially using, which made the process frustrating. I needed a video editor that was both powerful and easy to use, without time limits. After trying a few options, I found a free video editor mac that was perfect for what I needed: Movavi Video Editor. It came with everything I needed: built-in filters, easy exports to formats I use, and the ability to upload directly to YouTube. It's designed for both Mac and Windows, making it super versatile. What I love about Movavi is how it makes editing fun and straightforward, thanks to its clean interface and intuitive controls. Plus, they keep updating it with new features, which is great for keeping my tutorials fresh and engaging.

I tried to record with voice, but to do it well you need to prepare. YouTube requires a phone to record videos longer than 20 minutes.

Better to use a .webm video format, it is much more smaller than anything else, with perfect quality.
I have witten (in C++) a freeware screen capture utility that is perfect to produce tutorial from screen capture with sound.
