[Done] AddEndKeywords Preference Item Description

There is a problem with the AddEndKeywords item in the editor catalogs as identified by Oso and Little John in this thread https://www.purebasic.fr/english/viewtopic.php?t=79563
The english catalog reads: Add matching 'End' keyword if insert is pressed twice
This is misleading because it doesn't actually mean the insert key but the insert shortcut as defined in the preferences dialog. I suggest some alternatives:
Add matching 'End' keyword if insert shortcut is repeated
Add matching 'End' keyword if insert shortcut is used again
Add matching 'End' keyword if insert shortcut is used twice
The other language catalogs need to be updated too because their information is even further out of date:
DE: Zugehöriges 'End'-Schlüsselwort hinzufügen, wenn 2x Tab gedrückt wird
FR: Ajout du mot clef de fermeture si 'Tab' est appuyé deux fois
IT: Aggiungi un 'End', se il tasto Tab o Invio è stato premuto due volte
ES: Agregar el correspondiente 'End' keyword si Tab/Enter es presionado dos veces
