Hi,
I tried to purchase a license last week and after not receiving a mail, I wrote to support@... and a few days later to fred@... and didn't receive any response as of yet. Could it be that the mail is affected there as well, as there was a problem in the forum too?
I received confirmation from PayPal that everything went fine, and I tried to purchase it again just to test if there was something wrong, but no license mail or any response received as of yet from both mail addresses as well as through PayPal message. Any help would be appreciated.

I bought my PB license on the 23rd of April and received two confirmation emails within 10 to 15 minutes . I think all you can do is keep trying until you get through to the right people . Good luck. Let us know the outcome .

I did that of course right then, there was nothing.

Some progress in some way:
I tried again the way of resetting my password for the website just now, which worked (it did not work last week for a couple of days).
So it seems like I have access to the downloads now. I still need to resolve the "double payment" issue and waiting for a response, as there really might have been (or still is) an issue there.
