PB Beta 6 IDE error

PB starts up, loads my default project. if I open a file that is not part of the project and then close the IDE, it shuts down fine. When I reopen the IDE, I get this message:
A previous IDE session seems to have ended improperly.
Do you want to open the session history to recover unsaved changes?
I click on no and my default project loads but not the other file I opened. If I do not open the extra file and restart IDE, I don't get the message.
