An exe with a compiled-in icon (compiler option: use icon).
Is it possible to replace the exe's icon "from outside" (no recompile)?
The new icon is of the same size.

Thank's for the tips. I'll check it.
But I had the hope that this could be done "handmade" with PB.
Probabely it's not as easy!

Thanks GPI!
Reshacker is really a great tool. And it can replace the icons easily.
