Constants not recognized by autocomplete

#PB_Editor_CompileCount, #PB_Editor_BuildCount and #PB_Editor_CreateExecutable
are not recognized and displayed by autocomplete.

This is still true in Beta5.
And these two constants are also missing in tools/structures.
