Forum difference between logged in or not

Hi All
Sorry if this has been asked before - I tried a search but no luck.
Certainly no big deal, but why does the forum look different depending on whether you are logged in or not ??
I assume this is not just me.

Perhaps you have changed the forum theme for your forum account?
The forum has a bright theme, but in my account I use a dark theme.
