Added hotkeys: Ctrl+S - save, Ctrl+F - search, Ctrl+F3 - continue search
Added: when a word is selected, all occurrences are highlighted.
Added a request for the admin password, since without it the file cannot be saved.
Added dragging a file into the editor window to open the file, everything is updated including the list of items.

Added a replacement dialog box.
When opening a template, if there is an UUID in it in the UUID exchange buffer, then the proposal to replace the UUID in the template.
The need to save is now also controlled during duplication, removal, opening the template
When closing the program, it is proposed to save if the data is marked as not saved.

The "Settings" button now has a customizable menu - the [Path] section, where paths to folders and files are specified. As well as fm and Editor parameters for specifying in which file manager to open the folder and in which editor the file.
