Searched but didn't find any request or implementation, so posting a request here.

I think many users would find useful the ability to work with source side by side in PB IDE in multi(monitor)display environment. So if now I open two or more PB IDE to work with my sources, any change made to sources makes IDE to reload source and thus make inconvenience for working(editing) with sources.

Not sure if I understood exactly what you want, but in order for the IDE not to reload the changes made by another program, just uncheck:

Preferences > Editor > [X] Monitor open files for changes on disk
