Touchpad horizontall scroll not working

Just bought a new laptop that uses the Windows 10 touchpad funcionality and the two fingers horizontal scrolling does not work, only works vertical scrolling.
Horizontal scroll works everywhere except in the PB Ide.
It seems is because it uses the built in windows 10 touchpad interface without any third party app, any chance to fix it?
