Problems with login

Hello,
I have some serious problems with login. This account ist fine, but I also created one prior on the German board. Do I need to create two accounts or can I use one for both forums?
I cannot login to my German account, I cannot get a password reset email (Google Mail) also I couldn't register with google mail here, I had to use Yahoo. The German board tells me to contact a administrator, but I cannot contact one. I could login again solving a captcha and another sorting task, but the captcha doesn't show, although I'm not using any adblocker or something. So my German account is basically trash now. I wanted to reregister my german account with my credentials from here (yahoo-email and my username), but it says they are taken. But again, login with these doesn't work, plus trying to get a password reset email doesn't work either.
Either I'm doing something horribly wrong or this system is messed up. Please, someone help me.
