Flickering 2d

I have a tnt2, and got the flickering screen in some samples and the great "lethal pure" game... Tried both 41.09 and 40.72 drivers 
Installed 33.xx detonator - works great!

i've had a similar problem with other games and the newer det's. here's the other fixes i have found, so you can keep your up-to-date drivers.
disable cleartype text anti-aliasing. (this is under your display properties, in the appearance section, when you click the effects button.)
and the other probably wont apply to you... (i have a GF4) but the other fix is to turn off FSAA (like i said, i doubt it applies to your tnt2)
anyhow, i've had 2 different games do that to me, one of the fixes fixed one of the games, and the other fixed the other. the games were ragnarokonline ( www.ragnarokonline.com ) and pristontale ( http://eng.pristontale.com ) just in case anyone was curious.
