#PB_Cursor_LeftUpRightDown and #PB_Cursor_LeftDownRightUp are stated as "Windows only", but they work under Qt on Linux.

Where it says, "Linux: a GtkCursor pointer" under #PB_Canvas_CustomCursor, maybe it should be specified that it isn't supported under Qt.

This needs a check/statement by Fred, what is or is not officially supported...
