hello,I found this VisualFreeBasic, iwhich seems a very handy RAD tools if you are familiar with FreeBasic, I know little about FreeBasic, maybe could be useful for some other people.
this app is chinese by default , however it can be changed to English. If anyone has some installing or other problem with Chinese translation , I am willing to help.

This program exists for a long time, it's a RAD called FireFly who works above some basics (exists for FreeBasic, PowerBasic ...)

I don't think so, It is not FireFly, it is better thant that IMO, you can download it and give a try,it does not need an install, It is written by a Chinese man.
