[Implemented] JPG quality flag...

Please Fred,
don't forget a JPG Quality-Flag.
When I work with the Intel-JPG DLL I can adjust the quality level.
It would be nice to use PureB's JPG library for Imaging when I code in PureB.
But for this, the quality must be to-the-max/adjustable.
Thanks
Franco

Does this mean there's no surprise? Or its just coming later than you expected?
