I already reported that issue almost 1 year ago ...

Hum, not a spam (IMHO) juste a link to a 128 page PDF file that talk of old computers (Atari, Commodore, TI/99 etc) and BASIC language.
Instructive for young people who have not experienced the early days of consumer computing.
There are "old" commercials ads from the '60s, '90s.
So many memories...

It was a really exciting time for amateur computer scientists in the 80's and 90's and yet we didn't have the Internet. You had to wait for the computer journals to be published, type the samples codes and... wait for the next month for the bad typographical corrections in the codes (or debug yourself)

That guy does not do much more here on the forum than repeatedly posting the same link. And in one post, he writes

So obviously, the sole purpose of the account " learnlearntt" is promoting that website.

It is not meant for anybody's posts about anything, and especially not for posts that have the only purpose to advertise for a website or another product.
