I know there is an influence component about the fact to be born in one country or another in respect to the uses in life.
So, if you reach and read this topic, please tell here what do you eat for the first time in a new day.
Coffee
Milk,
cereal,
cocoa,
eggs,
fish (what fish?)
meat (what meat?)
etc.
...
Whatever
Thanks in advance

It's a ritual, pick at the leftovers from Dinner at 6am, followed by a sough dough toast topped with hummus, tomatoes, radish sprouts and cheese sometimes with bacon and fired onions if there's no left overs, this is then followed by a flat white back in bed while I read a novel for an hour or two or fall asleep and then I get up to make another coffee around 8:30 and eat a banana or nuts while I feed the Parrot.

I usually do not eat anything before noon (12 a clock) because I take a 16-hour break after the last meal of the previous day.
so the first thing I eat/drink is almost always a cup of coffee.
Without coffee, the day can not start for me.
If I do not start the day directly with lunch, I usually eat a slice of bread with sausage or cheese... or sometimes Quark with jam.

Usually only coffee and a banana or a cheese pretzel breadstick (German: Käselaugenstange). I normally start the day at 9 o'clock and lunchtime starts at 13:30 or later on weekends.

Usually, a take little bit of soya drink + caffeine free coffe + cocoa + some cereals or some bread...
But lately enjoy a great combination of this 4 elements: 1 yogourt (or curd) + 1 chopped banana + some oatmeal + some raisins.
Sometimes I added some other things like cinnamon, sesame seeds, almonds, nuts or whatever i have there.
But those first 4 elements alone are a good for me.
Traditionally, in UK Germany, etc. Breakfasts are strong, so perhaps my breakfast results too much small for you.
There is known in most of our countries about 1/3 of food is throwed away
So sounds great to my reading some of you take advantage of left over food. I do it also, but not usually for breakfast. I can not support the idea to throw away food, and i always use it.

This varies greatly.
On workdays: Cereal with milk
On weekends: Leftovers from yesterday
On Holidays & Weekends with time: Bread with cheese, ham, pickles, marmelade, ... or "Grießbrei" with honey and chocolate

Wtf is the point of coffee without caffeine? That's nearly as stupid as Bill Clinton not inhaling his spliff. Bloody waster
