webcam like icamgame

have tested icamgame but does not work here on my win2k machine. someone an idea how to check for a plugged webcam and grabbing all the images like 25 fps each sec... i would like to grab a lot of pictures each sec from the webcam and analyse every picture like eye-toy on psx or icamgame.
