Its still just a RC (release candidate) currently and the website offers it as beta. Better wait till its released as stable. While this version is at RC3, the previous one had 7 RC's.

Justly, i always wondered what is the C most close to PB between MinGW and PellesC ?
Apparently it's PellesC if PB use already several of his exe
