Write an Excel Cell ? Need for COMatePlus exemples

I am looking for a snippet to write an excel Cell. (.xlsx files)

I did the search but would like to avoid Comate+...
I think it's possible with zip, then xml command from the native pB set... I am working on it.

I finally manage to write and read excel's cells. Unfortunatly, it does not update formula chains.
So I guess I have to use ComatePlus after all.
I have a bunch of files named after years ("2018.xlsx", "2010.xlsx" etc..) inside there are several sheets with variant names (not always 12 sometimes less).
Could you show me some exemples concerning reading, writing a cell, knowing the name of the sheets and how many they are with COMatePLUS ?

But unfortunatly I understand nothing in german and how to use all these pb files... 2/20 was my average mark at school in this subject
... nether the less I had a "love" (how could it be as we did'nt speak each other language ??) affair with Ute... But I am wandering...
I would be really gratefull.
