Yeah, it`s only got one paragraph..
Rule 1: Don`t use Visual Basic.
Rule 2: Reclassify bugs as "undocumented features".
Rule 3: Don`t release free bugfixes, just major updates that cost the same as the original.
Rule 4: If your application is not worth the money you ask for it, bloat the filesize to make it look better value for money.
Rule 5: Unless you have more than 500 reports for the same bug, blame it on other vendors hardware drivers.

Oops, forgot one of their rules from the Win95 - 98 era...
Port working, bug free BSD code into Window, and introduce bugs into it. Sit back for a few years before giving users the chance to "patch" the bugs with a whole new OS.
