[IDE] Code templates usability

Few small ideas:
1) Add search controls on "Templates" tab to search in template names.
2) Add templates sorting functions to popup menu, or add such options to IDE to sort them automatically
I for example already have 76 of those templates, even they divided to categories it can take a time to find one needed, search and sorting would made lazying much easier ^^
