WIN 10 - screen backlight

Hello,
I tested my 3D programs in WIN 8 and WIN 8.1 and these are working well.
But when i test them in WIN 10, by startup of all my 3D programs, the back light of my laptop go's to max intensity (100%).
Is there some one who can help me ?
is this a WIN problem or a PB problem ?
