HTTP file upload

Hello community,
I have realized a download tool via HTTP. Now I need to upload a changed file to an IIS. I have tested with InternetWriteFile, but MS has got a bug in this function. Now I am looking for an example to upload a file via HTTP to a server. Has anybody got a code for me as an example or does anybody know a source? I am also looking for an external library or component.
