If you pay by credit card, they should automatically convert the cost to dollars. The final cost in dollars will depend on the current exchange rate (which changes every 4.5 seconds), etc, but it will most likely be in the $60US range (maybe a few dollars more or less).
If you want to pay be check, though, you may have to pay a little extra to have it drawn up in euros at your local bank and it will take a little longer to clear, etc. (Use your Visa checking card if you have one. That way, it comes out of your checking account, but you can still use it online for "instant" download).
Hope this helps!

The billing address has to be the same as the address your card is registered at. Could that be the problem?

You'll have to ask your bank what's up. The registration would go through
successfully from Fred's end if all your details and card limit was okay.
That is, it's not Fred rejecting it, but either your bank or the merchant
receiving the payment.
For what it's worth, my first registration for PureBasic was rejected too.
Why? I entered the month for the year and year for the month on the
order form, by mistake.

Maybe you did the same?

i had no problem buying my copy of purebasic from the US. btw, when i bought it, the exchange rate made the price work out to $66.66 kinda spooky...
anyhow, i'd contact your bank or your credit card company, that would definantly be your best bet.

i dunno. i made a purchase the same day and went through. the only difference is that it didn't ask for a CVV which is used in the purebasic purchase. ill contact my bank tomorrow thanks, guys.

i thought id just have my workmate order PB for me this time. we entered his credit card information (he's using AMEX, 15-digit CC#) and lately i received the confimation email from bluepaid, i guess and once again it was rejected.
should we follow the actual divisions of the AMEX CC# as i type it in the CC# field (four boxes, ie. 4-digits each for visa)? i think the AMEX CC# number digits are arranged as:
**** ****** *****
4-6-5 digits
but that will leave one of the boxes empty.
my workmate is already home so we will retry tomorrow. please someone help me, i need to use the win32 API

The problem may be something else, because you should be able to just enter the number without spaces, dashes ("-") or slashes ("\"). Is the name entered EXACTLY as it appears on the card (middle initials and all)?
If this doesn't help, I would talk to Fred directly and see if you can send a money order or cashier's check or similar directly to him so you can start coding!
Good luck!

had no problems with my Master Card either, and PB was the first thing I have "ever" brought online, because it's the first Master Card I've ever had
