PB 5.51B1(x86) The compiler isn't loaded yet...

Hi,
I cannot get teh compiler running. No matter whether the antivirus is running or not.
Checked the path under File|Preferences ... correct.
I started pbcompiler from console, worked.
Restart compiler did not help, disabled Compile and Check... Menu items instead.
Restart of the computer did not help anyway.

My System: Win10 and PB 5.51 beta 1 (x86)

Unfortunately also the older installations (different folder) are not running the compiler anymore.
All these older installations worked properly before installing BETA 1.

Best regards
Andreas

Installing beta 1 can't have any influence over old installation, it's self contained. If it runs from console, it's probably a third party program which is blocking the launch from the IDE (firewall, antivirus, antimalware etc.)

i expected that kind of answer, thats why I am deactivating everything I be aware of...
Thanks for your support.

New observation:
First, a short description of my installation: I have always a PureBasicBETA and a PureBasic installation in different folders.

Now a reinstalled older versions for beta and release.
Everything is fine now.
(The release version needed a computer restart.)

Sorry for writing that, but in my opinion there is something in the latest BETA.

I'm not going home until this project is done. So if you need me, I'll be sleeping underneath my desk.
Reminds me of a customer who was not allowed to go home until the project was finished - even though his wife had just given birth to their first child! We live in a crazy world.
