Pb-Help is short ans compact, but in some cases, improvements should be made:
Text structuring:
Look at
this page. There is no structuring, its really hard to read. Syntax, Description, Example, Syntax, Description, Example, Syntax, Description, Example, Syntax, Description, Example ...
To say it in programmers slang, that's spaghetti text
Background color
When a newbie is testing purebasic and comes to the help, he will say, oh look how funny, when I was a kid I saw that my grandpa was working with such yellow stuff. Closing Pb, deinstalling Pb and forgot Pb, because its antiquated.
This after two beer yellow is so obsolete that it is ashamed. Why does purebasic put itself into an outdated status, which is not at all?

You are looking at the make up and not the person?
I feel sorry for you.

he has got a point though. the ugly yellow color isnt very appealing. notepad++ php and javascript colors are way better imho.
php - RGB(254, 252, 245)
javascript - RGB(242, 244, 255)

I'm somewhat partial to the color scheme I used in the DarkGDK 2.0 documentation:

At the very first days when I tried PureBasic I thought exactly the same. However, I've worked for years with white and cold colors and I must say, that they are changing my mood a bit worse, although blue is keeping me awake (try it yourself, look at a smart phone screen with slight blue colors, you will have a hard time trying to sleep). Yellow makes me feel like I'm at home with warm candles at christmas or similar and for this reason I get tired after some time.

i used a pure white background for a very long time, but my eyes got tired after a while. especially once i got older. i did some php stuff with notepad++ and noticed how pleasant the background color was for my eyes. then i started using it in pb as well. i agree that they should keep a warm color, but personally i dont think they nailed the tone. imho notepad++ php color is the best background color for coding. its a very nice and warm white. but of course, everyone has a different taste.
oh and speaking of tired eyes, i recommend the app
f.lux to everyone who is spending a lot of time in front of a screen (especially at night). it takes a while to get used to it, but now i cant imagine being without it.
