Toolpanel/Procedures: Highlight the Procedure where the Care

It would be very useful for larger sourcecodes, if the current caret position (if inside a procedure) will be represented also in the tools/procedures panel by highlighting of the current procedure. In the following screenshot it is simulated with a purple background color of the entry.

And one more suggestion: The ;- command token will be represented in the procedures panel as ">" entry (see the round markings in the screenshot above).
It would be useful too, if this is configurable. It would be clearer for me, if the ;- produces a blank line in the panel instead of a ">". But it would be really great if one could add own comment tokens and their representation in the procedures panel. Similar to the "issue-entries" panel (;TODO, ;FIXME and so on)

Will hope, this is not to difficult to implement. Thank you very much in advance, PB Team.

I was already suggesting this back in 2012 (image is lost, but the idea should be clear even without it). Still waiting for implementation :)

And a additional option in the settings or at the panel, to hide macros at the procedure-panel. They corrupt the overview of the procedures and I don't need them at this place.
