short answer, no but you can always try, spider basic which targets html5
so it will run on an android device in a browser and can probably be wrapped
to run as an app with a 3rd party solution.

You might be able to figure out how to get it to work on an x86 Android environment...but it will be up to you to figure out how.

The only way to get it to work on an ARM android will be through an emulator.
