PB is case insensitive, Upcased or Downcased

I know PB is case insensitive but does PB upcase or downcase, it might matter if you import functions from a library.

I don't understand, how could it matters once the code is compiled ? When you use the ProcedureDLL keyword, the procedure name case is respected, same when using Import/ImportC.
