4 tabs, clicked to close (right to left). On clicking last but one, IDE crashed:

An Error has been detected in the IDE!
Error: Invalid memory access

Yes. When I posted in that thread I wasn't sure if it already happend with PB 5.31. Though it seems to happen more often with PB 5.40.

Another symptom that can happen before the crash: Sometimes one tab of a project gets the "normal" color instead of the "project" color. Then the whole tab is blank for some reason. Reopening that file can fix it or crash the IDE.

Already fixed in current release.
