Compiler Options - option for build target with debugger

It would be nice if there was an option in the compiler options, for compiling a exe with the standalone / console debugger from inside the IDE.
The command line switches are known to me, but it would be easier to set up two seperate targets in the compiler options for 'release' without debugger and 'testing' with standalone debugger.
