[PB5.31] Forced Error Log

If my memory serves me correct the error log section at the bottom of the IDE use to stay hidden until the debugger was ran even after closing and reloading the IDE. Now there is a "Welcome aboard !" message spurted to the error log each time the IDE loads which causes the error log to always remain visible during startup. Can this be reverted back to as before so that each time the IDE is loaded I don't have to go through manually hiding the error log? If it didn't have this functionality before (I was sure it did) could it be possible to add it into 5.40? I'm a fan of the extra screen real estate and not having to manually hide the error log every single time I open a project.
