Window frames?

Most of resizable GUIS use frames to separate and resize the controls, like IE with a treeview on the left and the browser.

how is this done?, apparently the frame(separator) is another window. can someone explain wich is the best way to do this?, i know the PB Editor uses it but is a little difficult to hack the code.

There will be a very simple 'SplitterGadget()' command for that in the next release. (this Weekend  )
