[DEPRECATED]PB5.31; diff between ociliba/m/w.dll

Hello!
I want to use the OCI library via openlibrary to make it possible to send the dlls with the portable app to the user so the user does not need to install anything concerning ORACLE.
Does anyone know what's the difference betweeen ociliba.dll, ocilibm.dll and ocilibw.dll.
Did not found any documentation for these files.
I am currently using import from the libocilibw.a and it works.
(o.k. maybe just answered... libocilibw.a)
