well I came across this little beauty 
now hitting 105-107 download speed.In the terminal type:
echo "options rtl8192se ips=N swenc=Y" | sudo tee /etc/modprobe.d/rtl8192.conf
and reboot

Hi to All Just a little tip for anyone who maybe have slow wifi connection after installing Linux mint/ubuntu etc. I have 112mb connection but everything was crawling along slowly at 5- 15 mb if i was lucky well I came across this little beauty now hitting 105-107 download speed.
In the terminal type:
