Global Hotkey Requester

I needed a way for users to select a global hotkey that would call one of my functions while my program was invisible so I put threw this together. Left the actual look of the hotkey requester rather plain as you'll probably want to style it to match your projects.
If anyone is feeling ambitious, I'm sure the community would appreciate if you could try making a similar thing for OSX or Linux. Key pieces of the necessary code has already been written on the pages linked below. I began working on this but couldn't get far with my total inexperience with those platforms
