Shop Management App

Howdy strangers!
With all the creative minds floating around here, I wanted to ask if anyone has (or knows of) an app that does what is being requested in the following link:

It's nothing more than a simple shop management program to help keep jobs organized. I'd do it myself, but time is not on my side. Any takers?
